Coach and mentor young entrepreneurs building real businesses through the Youthpreneur Incubator.

Youthpreneur Coaches support EOT Labs participants with guidance, accountability, business insight, leadership development, and preparation for program milestones.

Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit preparing young people to become entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders through education, mentorship, real experiences, and access to opportunity.
/// Responsibilities
- Mentor youth participants across the Plan, Build, and Grow phases
- Provide feedback on ideas, customer validation, and venture development
- Support goal setting, problem solving, and founder mindset
- Help participants prepare for pitches, showcases, and program milestones
- Join coaching sessions and program events as scheduling allows
- Collaborate with Program Managers and fellow mentors

- Interest or experience in entrepreneurship, business, leadership, education, or mentoring
- Strong communication and ability to give constructive feedback
- Dependable and comfortable working with diverse participants and remote teams

- Time commitment
- Approximately 2 to 4 hours per week during active program periods
- Duration
- 3 to 6 months
