Who can apply to EOT-U?
EOT-U is open to high school students, college students, and emerging professionals looking for real work experience. Applications run year-round through our online form.
Are these internships paid?
EOT-U internships and leadership fellowships are experience-based roles inside a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Students earn a professional certificate, portfolio work, references, and career coaching rather than wages.
How much time does it take each week?
Most interns commit a few hours a week around school, with flexible remote scheduling. Leadership fellows take on more ownership across a 12-month term.

Six career tracks: Educational Programs, Marketing & Communications, Revenue Operations, Product & Technology, People & PMO, and Regional Leadership.
What is the difference between the internship track and the leadership fellowship?
The six-month internship track is an immersive introduction with department training, team projects, and workshops. The 12-month leadership fellowship adds project ownership, team leadership, strategic planning, mentoring newer interns, and a capstone project.
What do students earn at the end?
Every student who completes the program receives the EOTUniversity Professional Certificate, plus portfolio projects and references for college applications, grad school, and job searches.
