- Coordinate workshops, mentor sessions, founder check-ins, and activities
- Track participant progress across Plan, Build, and Grow
- Prepare participants for Demo Day and Pitch For Ya Life
- Manage communications, schedules, deliverables, and accountability
- Support curriculum improvement and founder storytelling
- Collaborate across teams

- Experience in program or project management, entrepreneurship, education, nonprofit operations, or youth development
- Strong organization, communication, and relationship building
- Attention to detail, dependable, and solutions-oriented

- Familiarity with Airtable, Google Workspace, Basecamp, or similar tools

- Time commitment
- Approximately 5 to 10 hours per week during active program periods
- Duration
- 6 to 12 months
