The Internship Experience Coordinator coordinates the participant experience across EOT University internships, experiential learning programs, and external workforce partnerships such as SYEP.

- Serve as the primary contact for participants and supervisors
- Facilitate orientation and kickoffs
- Coordinate communication and resources
- Track milestones and engagement
- Support check-ins, evaluations, reflections, and feedback
- Maintain program trackers and documentation
- Continuously improve the participant experience

- Passion for experiential learning, education, workforce development, or nonprofit programs
- Strong organization, communication, project management, relationship building, and attention to detail
- Experience with internships, student programs, universities, schools, or workforce development preferred
